BRITTANY MASSEY, TRAINER
Owner and Trainer at BTH Equestrians. Professional trainer for 17 years with an emphasis on a horsemanship stemming from proper groundwork through ridden work and competing on the Hunter Jumper circuit on the West Coast. Blending training technique and traditional training models with new science backed information about horse, welfare, horse brain development and proper care of horses' physical and emotional centers.
HILARY VAN TATENHOVE, PRACTITIONER
Has owned and developed Centered Equine Therapies for 7 years. She specializes in Cranio Sacral Therapy, muscular therapy and equine emotional/physical balancing. She has a hands-on, non-invasive approach to helping horses reach optimal performance and health.
DR. KELLY MILLER-JIMENEZ DVM
An equine veterinarian and owner of Select Equine Sports Medicine, formerly Granite Bay Equine, which she acquired from Dr. Jennifer Galuppo last year. She is a California native who grew up competing in Hunter Jumpers and eventing, where she began fostering her appreciation for the performance horse. She earned her undergraduate degree in Animal Science at Texas A&M University and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University. Following graduation she completed a rotating internship at Equine Sports Medicine & Surgery (ESMS) in Weatherford, Texas, where she gained extensive experience in sports medicine and surgery. Dr. Miller then took a job at Oklahoma Equine Hospital, where she worked on the NRCHA and NRHA showcircuits. She has a deep appreciation for both the western and English disciplines and her practice centers on performance horse care with an integrative, evidence-based approach.
HAYLEY JOHNSON, FARRIER
Hayley is a 2009 graduate of PCHS farrier school. Specializing in sporthorses and their performance she ranges in applications from traditional steel shoeing to today's modern advances in farriery including glue on composites. She's an avid rider both in jumping and team roping. Hayley professionally thrives collaborating with training staff and their veterinarian teams to provide optimum care and an individualized approach in shoeing applications. That includes horses in rehabilitation, active in competition from the walk trot pony rings. to the grand prix arena and all levels in between.
SIERRA FINNEY
Sierra Finney is a young amateur hunter/jumper rider with a lifelong passion for horses. Having grown up in the saddle she has participated in both western riding and the eventing community. She has spent the last three years working as a tech in veterinary medicine with a primary focus in emergency and urgent care. Sierra is also a lovely rider with a relaxed and neutral energy that offers horses a wonderful feeling and keeps them calm during rides. Sierra is a multi-faceted horsewoman and an asset to the Oasis team!
